Hi everyone! I am Kelsi Traxler, and this is my story. I have lived in Manton all of my life. I spend a lot of time enjoying our community and this is my contribution to our small town. Yellow Bird Cafe is named after my native heritage from Salt Saint Marie Tribe of Chippewa Indians. Through that I have a native name, Ozaawaia Benishiinh' Kwe, Meaning Yellow Bird Women. A Bakery has always been my biggest dream and my loving Grandparents Doug and Diane McCoy are giving me the gift of that being a reality. I have had beyond a little help in this project especially from my Parents Ray and Nikki Traxler. Grateful is an understatement for how much I appreciate this opportunity and everyone that has been involved in the process
